Please note: Custom sign orders may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design. This allows us to thoughtfully collaborate with you and ensure the final piece reflects your unique vision.
While we aim to stick to our estimated timelines, occasional delays can happen — especially during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience as we focus on delivering signs that meet our highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Once your sign is ready, we’ll ship it via our flat-rate shipping option to ensure it arrives safely and on time. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

RETURN POLICY

However, your satisfaction remains our priority, and we're here to help in the event of any unforeseen issues. In the rare event that your sign arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We kindly request that you provide a photo of the damaged item to help us understand the situation better. Your cooperation with this step will enable us to swiftly assess the damage and proceed with sending you a replacement for the affected product.
